Delivery & Retuens
We provide a delivery service to Dublin, Wicklow, Meath, and Kildare. Your delivery request is subject to our availabilty and minimum spend.
Minimum spend for delivery in Dublin is €40, to Meat, Wicklow, Kildare €75.
Your delivery slot is only confirmed after you receive a confirmation email from one of our lovely team members confirming your slot time.
Delivery services operates 6 days per week, Monday – Saturday. Sunday delivery is available for larger bookings. Pleas email to inquire.
Delivery operational hours may be affected by Public Holidays, special events, weather issues etc.
Once your order has been delivered, Rustic Honey will not accept any responsibility regarding damage, theft or any other issue.
If your order is unsatisfactory we require notice within 4 hours of receiving your delivery. You must include a detailed description, product image and product label image. We will analyse the issue and revert back to you with how to best resolve the issue.
Our driver will attempt to deliver to the address provided. If there is no answer at the door any of the following steps may take place.
- An attempt to call the phone number provided to arrange a safe place to leave your order.
- If no answer at the door or on the phone number provided you will receive a text message notifying you that your package will be returned to our kitchen where it will be available for you to collect on or before the best-before date. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we will not store your order any longer than the best-before date.
For all orders placed by email, phone or in-store, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. In some cases, payment upfront is necessary.
For all orders placed via our website shop, payment in full is required to process your order.
Cancellations / Order Changes
All deposits are non-refundable.
To make changes to your date/party size/product please contact us directly via email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you cancel a small order within 10 days of the event date, a cancellation fee may apply.
If you cancel a large/bespoke order within 6 weeks of the event date, a cancellation fee may apply.
Your order/booking will only be confirmed if you pay your security deposit within the time frame provided by Rustic Honey. If a deposit is paid outside of the time frame, your order will be deemed invalid.
We source our ingredients from small local suppliers. Produce may vary depending on seasonal or marketplace availability. We will always substitute for an equal product therefore maybe resulting in differences in the website image.
Food is best consumed on the day it is received.
Once received your food must be stored in the fridge unless otherwise instructed. This is the responsibility of the consumer.
Food must be consumed on or before the best-before date. This is the responsibility of the consumer.
Perishable food should be disposed of once out of date. This is the responsibility of the consumer.
Perishable food such as cheese, cooked meat, and fruit (with the exception of ambient baked goods) should not be stored outside of the fridge for more than 5 hours. This is the responsibility of the consumer.
Please inform us of allergies prior to making your booking.
While we take every precaution necessary to prevent cross-contamination, food is handled on-site and produced in an environment that handles all allergen ingredients.
Social Media & Website
Unless otherwise specified, we will use imagery from all events, bookings, and orders on our social media platforms and website. If you do not wish for us to use footage from your brand, business, home or booking please inform us prior to making your booking.
